Another distinction for Beth Williams
Beth Williams, Associate Solicitor in Wansbroughs’ Private Client team has achieved a distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Taxation of Trusts and Estates (England and Wales). This is the second distinction Beth has received in recent months, having earlier achieved a distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates (England and Wales), for which she also received an Excellence Award for being one of the highest-scoring students globally in 2022 (see article).
The successful completion of this latest programme further validates Beth’s competence and expertise in private client law. It also means she is one step closer to becoming a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the global association for professionals who advise families on inter-generational wealth planning.
Kathryn Smith Cowap, Partner, comments:
“The process to become STEP qualified is rigorous; it is the top professional qualification for a Wills, Tax, Trusts and Estates solicitor and it is a brilliant achievement to achieve a distinction. We congratulate Beth on this latest achievement and wish her well for her final assessment en-route to becoming a fully qualified STEP member.”
