Beth is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team and advises on a wide range of matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration (including complex estates) and estate planning. Beth is also able to assist with trust matters, including personal injury trusts.
Beth graduated from Cardiff University and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. Beth joined Wansbroughs in 2018, having gained experience at a high street firm as a paralegal whilst studying. Beth was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2023.
In 2023 Beth was awarded a Worldwide Excellence Award for achieving the highest pass with distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates (England & Wales) in the 2022 academic year.
- Assisting the executors of a complex estate which also included property abroad, requiring an application for an apostille and liaising with various notaries.
- Assisting the trustees of a personal injury settlement, including drafting trust deeds and dealing with the day-to-day administration.
- Acting for the executors of a substantial estate, including a property with a complex ownership structure involving trusts, and advising on the tax implications of the various options available to the executors.
