Wills

Do you know who will inherit your assets when you die? If you have not prepared a Will the law dictates who gets what; you might be surprised at the result. In particular, unmarried couples will not inherit from each other unless there is a Will. Furthermore, if you do enter into a marriage or civil partnership, then any Will you previously prepared is revoked, which is particularly important if you are marrying for a second time.
