Wansbroughs welcomes Katen Patel
Wansbroughs is pleased to welcome Katen Patel to the firm.
Katen joins the Corporate and Commercial team as a Solicitor and will be providing advice to businesses on all aspects of company and commercial matters.
He joins us from a long-established South West legal firm and brings with him much experience in the corporate sector including first-hand knowledge from running his own family business in Hampshire.
Katen studied for his law degree at the Open University, completing his LPC and Masters at the University of Law, Guildford, qualifying in 2021.
Wansbroughs’ Corporate and Commercial team was formed in October 2021, and is headed up by partner William Ingram Hill who has extensive experience across the corporate sector and is an established commercial mediator. All members of the corporate team work between the firm’s Devizes head office and its office on Regent Street in London.
The appointment of Katen will strengthen the team’s offering and add much value to the firm’s clients.
The team has ambitious plans to expand and in the first 12 months alone has already been named ‘firm to watch’ in the corporate section of the Legal 500 (2023 directory).
