Hannah McMullen is a solicitor in our Family and Divorce team. Hannah joined Wansbroughs in 2025.
Hannah completed her training contract at a large regional firm, qualifying as a Family Solicitor in 2023. Hannah advises on divorce, financial matters arising from relationship breakdown, and arrangements for children.
Experience
Hannah has a range of experience. She has advised clients in court proceedings that involve significant financial assets to be divided following marriage breakdown, including disputes involving multiple properties and public sector (including Armed Forces) and Defined Benefit pensions. Hannah has also acted for clients in relation to disputes regarding who children should live with and how their time is to be shared between parents.
Hannah’s non-court dispute resolution work has included advising her clients in hybrid mediation sessions and at private Financial Dispute Resolution appointments.
