Wansbroughs strengthens Agriculture & Landed Estates team with new partner appointment
Wansbroughs is thrilled to announce the appointment of Gavin Smith to our Agriculture & Landed Estates team. This strategic hire reinforces our commitment to providing expert legal support to farmers, landowners and rural businesses, further expanding our presence in this sector.
Having previously worked at firms in London, Cheltenham and Bath including most recently at a prestigious, Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm (Agriculture and Estates), Gavin brings extensive experience to his new role of Partner at Wansbroughs.
He is a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or ‘TEP’ which is seen as a mark of distinction in the profession.
Gavin will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s high net worth clients in the preparation of tax-efficient Wills and business LPAs, the preparation of partnership agreements, advising on the use of trusts and gifts, and long-term succession planning.
