Wansbroughs Solicitors successfully pass their Lexcel Assessment once again!
Wansbroughs are extremely pleased to pass the rigorous annual Lexcel assessment, which recognises that their solicitors and staff meet the highest quality standards and are committed to legal excellence and client care.
The Lexcel Accreditation is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark. It recognises quality management practices for client service and sets the standard to run a legal practice efficiently. To retain Lexcel accreditation law firms must undergo an annual independent assessment to ensure they meet the high standards of excellence such as client care, case management and risk management.
The COVID-19 pandemic continued to bring its challenges to the work place this past year. The assessor was impressed with Wansbroughs and mentioned that 2020/2021 brought many changes, but everyone in the firm worked exceptionally hard to keep everything on track during multiple lockdowns and property booms.
Oliver Price, Managing Partner comments, “Lexcel, rather like other quality standards, is a tough examination. We are genuinely committed to providing the highest levels of service and care for clients and so we are delighted to have passed this assessment with flying colours.”
Lexcel recognises that Wansbroughs continues to deliver exceptional client service and is dedicated to maintaining an excellent level of client care. When choosing a solicitor, Lexcel accreditation guarantees the firm can provide a high-quality service.
