Solicitor, Sophie Carrol returns to Wansbroughs

Sophie Carrol returns to Wansbroughs in the Agriculture & Landed Estates team

We are delighted to welcome back Sophie Carrol, who joined Wansbroughs’ Agriculture and Landed Estates team on 30 June 2025.

Sophie started her career at Wansbroughs as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021, and, on completion of her training contract in March 2023 went on to join the firm’s Private Client team.

During this time, Sophie worked closely with Partner Andrew Jenkins to provide extensive support to the team, and to provide advice on Wills and tax planning, particularly to landowners, as well as agricultural and farming clients.

Wishing to broaden her knowledge and expertise, Sophie then took on a new role at a national law firm where she advised on Private Client matters including Wills, tax planning and estate administration.

Sophie will rejoin Andrew and will focus on providing expert advice to the firm’s many clients across the farming community, supporting them with wealth management and succession planning.
