Congratulations to our Newly Qualified Solicitors in 2020!

Wansbroughs would like to congratulate Sara Webb, Beth Williams, Sam Morris and Marcus Saunders for completing their training contracts and qualifying as solicitors in 2020.

The training contract is a two-year placement in a legal firm and it gives the trainee solicitor the opportunity to practise the skills they learned while studying law. It is challenging as the trainees are required to work in different teams demonstrating they are adaptable and knowledgeable in all areas of law. The Partners are proud to have such talent joining Wansbroughs and are delighted on their qualifications.

Sara is a Solicitor in our Residential Property team assisting clients with all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Her recent experience includes a sale and purchase involving the porting of an equity release mortgage and release of further funds.  She also dealt with purchasing a Listed Property ensuring all relevant permissions were obtained.
