a Guide to being a personal representative
A major aspect of Private Client work is administering the estates of people who have died, often with a view to obtaining a Grant of Probate. Our Private Client team do this by assisting personal representatives* of the deceased, whether those be executors, appointed by Will, or administrators, where the deceased did not leave a Will. They also act as professional executors in their own right.
For those who have asked Wansbroughs to assist with estate administration and want to know more about what the task entails, or for those who are considering taking on the task themselves, our Private Client team have prepared a guide to help. Please click here to read the guide.
*As intelligent as the pig in glasses above looks, he cannot act as a personal representative.
If you have been appointed as a personal representative and would like to speak to a member of our team, then please get in touch with your usual contact or email us via wealth@wansbroughs.com.
