Professional Background
A graduate of the University of Hull, Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1988, having trained at Withy King and Lee in Bath. After qualification, he gained experience at Osbourne Clarke and later Eversheds, before joining Wansbroughs in 1997 and becoming a Partner in 2006. Tim is also an accredited mediator, assisting clients in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution whenever appropriate.

- Acting for a farmer in court proceedings and mediation concerning a neighbour’s encroachment onto agricultural land.
- Advising and representing a beneficiary of a deceased estate in a dispute with another beneficiary regarding the disposal of the deceased’s land and property, including representation during negotiations.
- Advising a manufacturing company on a range of employment matters, including restructuring, long term ill health absences, disciplinary issues and a capability matter.
- Advising a member of an agricultural partnership on dissolution and representing them in subsequent negotiations.
