Sarah is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team and provides advice regarding a broad range of matters including, the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as applications for deputyship orders via the Court of Protection. Sarah has also been assisting clients with the administration of estates since 2006.
Sarah graduated from the University of the West of England in 2001 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. Sarah joined Wansbroughs as an Associate in 2015, having trained and qualified at Thrings.
- Dealing with a deputyship application involving complicated dynamics between family members and a Local Authority to ensure that the client’s interest are protected.
- Acting for the executors of an estate, the beneficiaries of which are major national charities.
- Dealing with a high value estate involving considerable correspondence with HM Revenue and Customs regarding the calculation and payment of Inheritance Tax.
