Sara Webb - Associate Solicitor - Residential Property - Wansbroughs LLP

Sara is an Associate Solicitor in our Residential Property team, assisting clients with all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold sales, shared ownership, and auction sales.

Sara graduated with a degree from the Open University whilst working as an IT Consultant. Choosing to pursue a further career in Law, she joined Wansbroughs in 2016. Sara qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2024.

Recent Experience:

  • Dealing with a sale and purchase involving the porting of an equity release mortgage and release of further funds.
  • Purchasing a Listed Property ensuring all relevant permissions had been obtained.
