Raman joined Wansbroughs in 2022 and developed experience across the Private Client, Agriculture and Landed Estates, Residential Property and Corporate & Commercial teams before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2025.

Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring, together with the preparation and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and a range of commercial contracts. She works closely with clients and colleagues across the firm to identify the wider issues affecting a transaction and help matters progress efficiently.

- Supporting the team on the £7.76 million acquisition of an AIM-listed telematics and fleet management company by way of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.
- Supporting and advising on the multi-million-pound sale of a landed estates company through to completion, followed by post-completion corporate restructuring involving a group reorganisation and share-for-share exchanges.
- Leading on legal due diligence and disclosure matters for a US-based purchaser on its multi-million-pound acquisition of a UK company operating in the life sciences and events sectors, coordinating key workstreams and supporting the transaction through to completion.
- Advising a media company and its subsidiaries on group‑wide rationalisation project involving the balance sheet tidy up and solvent dissolution by way of debt‑for‑equity conversions, dividend extractions, capital reductions and strike‑offs.
- Advising a family-owned company on its shareholder structure and preparing a bespoke shareholders’ agreement, working with the Wansbroughs Family Team to address related prenuptial considerations affecting the shareholders.
