Natasha is a Solicitor in our Residential Property team assisting clients with all aspects of non-contentious Property Law including transfers of equity, first registration applications for unregistered land and property, adverse possession claims, transfers of parts of land, re-mortgages as well as equity release schemes.

After graduating from The University of Cape Town, Natasha qualified as an attorney in 2002 in South Africa and as a solicitor in 2005 in UK. Natasha joined Wansbroughs in 2017, prior to which Natasha worked in commercial property at Clarkslegal LLP in Reading.

Recent experience:

  • Acting for a client in the first registration of several properties that where held in the same family since 1800, dealing with all aspects including statement of truth for lost deeds and adverse possession.
  • Advising on a transfer of equity and re-mortgage for clients pursuant to a divorce or separating or otherwise.
  • Dealing with the transfer of a piece of land within a wider title taking into account several issues such as access, services, planning, restrictive covenants and positive covenants.
