Melissa is a Solicitor in our Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate team and advises on a wide range of matters including, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration and Deputyship applications.
Melissa graduated from Cardiff University with a History Degree in 2020 before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law & Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Melissa joined Wansbroughs as a Paralegal in 2021 and progressed to a Trainee Solicitor in July 2023. Melissa then qualified as a Solicitor in January 2025.
Recent experience:
- Assisting executors with the administration of a complex and taxable estate.
- Applying to the Court of Protection for a Property and Financial Affairs Deputyship Order.
- Advising on estate planning options for the family home.
