Lauren is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team and advises on all aspects of Commercial Property.

Lauren joined Wansbroughs in 2019 as a Paralegal within our Wills, Tax, Trusts & Probate team and commenced her training as a solicitor with Wansbroughs the same year. Lauren trained within various areas of practice at Wansbroughs, before then qualifying into the firm’s Commercial Property team in September 2021. Lauren was promoted to Associate in April 2025.

Recent experience:

• Assisting both landlords and tenants in lease extensions and renewals;
• Dealing with first registration applications;
• Drafting and arranging the service of break notices for both landlords and tenants.
