Emma is a Managing Associate in our Corporate & Commercial Team and advises on a wide range of commercial, corporate and employment matters.
After graduating from the University of Southampton, Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2017. Emma joined Wansbroughs in 2018, prior to which she worked for a business as part of their Health and Safety Risk Management Team. Emma was promoted to Managing Associate in 2022.
Recent experience:
- Advising on the sale of a multi-million pound services company.
- Drafting, advising and negotiating a range of commercial contracts for the provision of goods and services, including an IT infrastructure and services supply contract, cleaning services and events.
- Advising clients on employment contracts, staff handbooks and settlement agreements.
