Abbie is a Solicitor in our Family Team specialising in Children Law and Practice. Abbie works with families involved with Social Services during Pre-Proceedings and within Care Proceedings. She also offers advice to parents in relation to contact arrangements for children.
Abbie graduated from the University of the West of England in 2019. She joined Wansbroughs in 2020 as a Paralegal before commencing her training as a solicitor with Wansbroughs the same year.
Recent experience:
- Advising and representing parents in pre-proceedings and court care proceedings brought by the Local Authority.
- Advising and representing parents in relation to child arrangements, including where the children should live and when they should spend time with the parents, consent orders when matters can be settled outside of court, and enforcement proceedings for non-compliance.
- Advising clients on their divorce and obtaining optimal financial settlements.
