Wansbroughs announces promotion of Katen Patel to Associate
We are delighted to announce that Katen Patel has been promoted to Associate, effective from 2 September 2024.
Katen joined Wansbroughs’ Corporate and Commercial team as a Solicitor in January 2023, having qualified and gained experience at another national firm.
Katen regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales & purchases, corporate governance, commercial contracts and company formations. The Corporate and Commercial team, of which Katen is a key part, works with clients both in the UK and internationally.
Outside the law, Katen has experience of managing and growing a family business in the hospitality sector. This gives him a wider perspective when it comes to delivering pragmatic and informed advice to our corporate clients.
Katen’s promotion to Associate recognises his hard work, commitment and the exemplary service he provides to the firm and its clients.
Wansbroughs has announced a raft of promotions this year across the firm. On 1 May 2024 the firm announced the appointment of Anna Wensley Stock and Matthew Life as the firm’s new Co-Managing Partners and William Ingram Hill as the firm’s new Chair. On the same date, Emma Jewell and Tom Britten were promoted to Partner, Matthew Roberts was promoted to Managing Associate and both Sara Webb and Victoria Walters were promoted to Associate.
