Mia Down Qualifies as a Solicitor
We are delighted to announce that Mia Down has qualified as a solicitor within our Commercial Property team, marking an exciting milestone in her career with the firm.
Mia joined Wansbroughs in 2023 as a Legal Admin Assistant in our Private Client team before progressing to a Paralegal role. She began her training contract in September 2024 and has since completed seats in both Dispute Resolution and Commercial Property.
Throughout her training, Mia quickly became a trusted and valued member of the team. She has supported some of the team’s most complex and high‑value commercial property matters, including multimillion‑pound strategic land acquisitions, large estate sales and intricate development projects involving overage, minerals and multi‑party negotiations. Her work demonstrates strong technical capability, meticulous attention to detail and an impressive ability to manage demanding matters with confidence.
