Lucinda Fredericks to join Wansbroughs at Badminton Horse Trials
Badminton winner and Olympic silver medallist to share course insights and Q&A with clients and guests on Thursday 7 May (3:00–4:00pm)
Wansbroughs will welcome eventing legend Lucinda Fredericks to its lakeside pavilion during the Badminton Horse Trials, where she will speak with invited clients and guests on Thursday 7 May from 3:00–4:00pm.
During the session, Lucinda will reflect on her history at Badminton and the realities of riding at five-star level, before sharing her perspective on this year’s course – where she expects it to be influential, and what spectators should look out for. The talk will conclude with a live Q&A.
Lucinda and her renowned mare Headley Britannia won three of the world’s CCI5* events: Burghley (2006), Badminton (2007) and Kentucky (2009) with Headley Britannia the only mare to have won all three, alongside an Olympic Team Silver medal (Beijing 2008). She also represented Australia at the London 2012 Olympics and is now a sought-after coach, working with international riders and training horses in the UK and Europe.

Registration is required for this event (see below). Guests are asked to arrive by 2:45pm to enjoy a welcome drink and take their seats ahead of the 3:00pm start.
