Business is carrying on as usual at Wansbroughs. Throughout the lockdown our Devizes and Melksham offices have remained open for business by email or telephone.
We have now re-opened our Devizes office for meetings by appointment that cannot happen remotely. In line with the government advice, we will ensure to keep to the social distance guidelines and extra hygiene measures will be in place to protect our clients and staff at all times.
Following Government advice to minimise social contact we would still encourage our clients to contact us by telephone and email and to use video calls for client meetings, where possible, moving forward. Many of our staff continue working from home, for the protection of themselves and their families, and are fully enabled to work remotely to continue to meet your needs and maintain our service standards.
If you do wish to have a face to face meeting we request you make an appointment in advance with your usual Wansbroughs contact. We will not be re-opening our Melksham office just yet, but remote working is still in place until further notice.
We have established a dedicated COVID-19 group which constantly monitors developments and has put contingency plans in place, calibrated to the level of potential disruption.
We understand that this is a stressful and difficult time for everyone; we continue to be available throughout and we are monitoring the situation at all times to ensure our level of service does not suffer.
In the unlikely event of our offices suffering a severe disruption at any point in time we will update you and provide further advice.
