Bethan Williams Qualifies as a Solicitor

We are delighted to announce that Bethan Williams has qualified as a solicitor within our Private Client Team, specialising in Wills, tax, trusts and probate, marking an exciting milestone in her career with the firm.
Bethan graduated from the University of Exeter with an LLB Law degree in 2023, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2024. She joined Wansbroughs in July 2024 as a paralegal in the Private Client Team and began her training contract in March 2025.
Throughout her time with the firm, Bethan has become a trusted and valued member of the team, providing crucial support to the partners across a range of Wills, tax, trusts and probate matters. This has included work on a landmark case in which the judgment upheld the trustees’ position against HMRC, protecting the trust fund from a substantially higher tax liability and confirming the administration of valuable royalties.
Partner Anna Wensley Stock, said:
“We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Bethan as a newly qualified solicitor in the team. Since joining Wansbroughs, she has demonstrated dedication, strong technical ability and a calm, thoughtful approach to complex private client matters.
“She has already made an important contribution to the team, including providing crucial support on a landmark tax case, and we look forward to seeing her continue to develop and make an impact in her new role.”
