We have developed a Contract Package, compliant with the Employment Rights Act 1996, intended for small or start-up businesses with a maximum of 20 employees. It will include an employment contract for employees, as well as a staff handbook, which will contain a disciplinary procedure policy, grievance procedure policy, sickness procedure policy, privacy notice and data protection policy.
If interested, you will be invited to a 30-minute meeting, which can be conducted over the phone/Skype or in person. This meeting is an opportunity to get to know your business and allow us to gather the information needed to produce the documents.
The template contract and the staff handbook with all its contents will be provided at a cost of £500 plus VAT. We can also assist by inputting all the relevant employee details , (e.g. put in employee names, addresses, salaries etc.) for an additional £150 plus VAT.
