Kathryn is an Associate Solicitor advising on all aspects of Wills, tax and estate planning and trusts for UK domiciled individuals, trustees and executors. She also advises and has experience working on probates matters since 2010 including those based solely in the UK and those involving assets held abroad.
Kathryn has wide experience ranging from the preparation of a simple Will or power of attorney to administering a complex estate involving foreign property. She also advises on Court of Protection matters including Deputyship applications (personal welfare and property and affairs) and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Kathryn can assist with setting up and administering all types of trusts, from family settlements to personal injury trusts to hold compensation money.
Route to Law
Following an English Degree at Nottingham University, she joined Wansbroughs as a paralegal in 2008, qualifying in 2010 and becoming an Associate in 2014.
