Jonathan is a solicitor and Partner specialising in landlord and tenant work (with a particular emphasis on lettings of offices and industrial units)and acquisitions and disposals of small and large developments. Jonathan acts for a broad range of clients ranging from large institutions to private property companies and high net worth individuals advising on commercial, residential and agricultural property matters.

Route to Law

Following a degree in History from Oxford University, Jonathan trained and qualified with City firm, CMS Cameron McKenna before moving to West End firm, Boodle Hatfield, where he worked for four years. Jonathan joined Wansbroughs in 2004, becoming a Partner in 2008.

Personal Interests

Jonathan has a keen interest in sport and is found most weekends on a Wiltshire touchline watching his children playing for a variety of teams and wishing he could roll back the years.
