Jonathan is a Partner in our Commercial Property team, assisting clients on all aspects of their commercial property legal requirements including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant and finance matters. In addition, Jonathan also advises Landed Estates on all property matters including agricultural, mining and residential requirements. 

After graduating from Oxford University, Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 1999, working first at city law firm CMS Cameron McKenna and then at west end law firm Boodle Hatfield. Jonathan joined Wansbroughs in 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. 

Recent Experience:
  • Advising an international healthcare client on the property aspects of a high-profile development project involving the construction of a specialist facility within a NHS Trust hospital.
  • Sale of a small Estate including dealing with agricultural tenancies, tied cottages, entitlements, planning, options, overage and pre-emption rights.
  • Acquisition of quarry portfolio and subsequent disposals.
