Jenna is a Solicitor in our Insurance Litigation Team. She advises local authorities and other public bodies in defending civil claims brought against them including Highway Authority claims, Occupiers’ Liability and Employer’s liability. Her main area of work is in personal injury litigation, with a particular interest in social services claims and claims brought against Police Authorities. 

Jenna graduated from Bournemouth University and joined Wansbroughs as a paralegal in 2010. Jenna qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. 

Recent experience:
  • Successfully defending an Occupiers’ Liability matter to trial and at appeal, including the recovery of the Defendant’s costs from the opposing solicitors where there was no conditional fee agreement or Before the Event insurance in place.
  • Acting for a Local Authority in an Occupiers’ Liability claim where fundamental dishonesty of the Claimant was a factor.
  • Acting for a local authority in a social services matter involving multiple claimants and defendants.
