Helen has a depth of experience in private client, Wills and probate matters. This comes from several years' experience at Wansbroughs. During this time she has drafted Wills, helped with estate planning and associated family matters.Helen specialises in administering estates and drafting Wills which can include acting for divorced, separated partners and co-habiting couples.
Helen also specialises in Office of the Public Guardian matters such as Lasting Powers of Attorney for both property and financial matters and health and welfare as well as advising on deputyships and statutory wills with the Court of Protection.
Helen has particular experience in dealing with frail and elderly persons and others requiring full time care and assistance.
Route to Law
Before training as a solicitor, Helen was a qualified teacher. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1989 Helen spent ten years as a matrimonial solicitor (giving her a unique insight into inter-family relationships and issues) and currently is a private client solicitor at Wansbroughs with experience working on probate matters since 2000.
