Hafwen specialises in all aspects of Children Law. She has experience of acting for clients in a range of family matters and advises on a variety of issues including:
  • Cases where the Local Authority's Social Services department are involved with children and families. Hafwen deals with Child Protection matters, cases where the Local Authority have provided parents with pre-proceedings letters and where the Local Authority have started Court proceedings.
  • Matters where parents or other family members are not able to agree the arrangements for their children including where they should live and who they should spend time with.
