Work Experience Programme Overview
From Summer 2012 onwards, Wansbroughs Solicitors will offer 2 work experience placements per year to local undergraduates. The work experience placements will operate during the university summer holiday months (June, July and August). The placements will each last for 1 week and will be unpaid. The placements will provide students with the opportunity to work in a variety of contentious and non-contentious departments within the firm, in both our Devizes and Melksham offices.
Please note: there are no work experience vacancies available for 2011 as all placements have been filled.
Who Can Apply?
Wansbroughs will offer work experience to:
- undergraduates in their second year at university.
- non-law students, either in their final year when they have decided to take the post-graduate diploma in law, or during their post graduate diploma in law year (conversion course).
Key Dates 2012:
Opening date for applications for work experience placements Summer 2012 - 28th November 2011.
Closing date for applications for work experience placements Summer 2012 - 27th February 2012.
Communication to successful and unsuccessful candidates - 27th April 2012.
Placements take place - July, August, September 2012.
