Wills

Do you know who will inherit your assets when you die? If you have not prepared a Will the law will dictate who gets what and you might be surprised at the result. In particular, unmarried couples will not inherit from each other unless there is a Will.  Furthermore, if you do enter into a marriage or civil partnership, then any Will you previously prepared is revoked.

Our team of Private Client - Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate solicitors can offer you tailored advice by taking you through the steps and preparing a Will for you. We can help make sure that the people you want to benefit from your estate really do. We can also help structure your Will in a tax efficient manner, whilst taking into account your personal and financial circumstances. Furthermore, we can make provision for who will act as guardian of your children after your death.

Members of the Private Client - Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate Team have a wealth of experience in drafting Wills for all types of people in all types of circumstances.  Please contact us for further advice.
