Fatal accident claims are, by their nature, sensitive to employers. We are experienced in acting for employers and public bodies in fatal accident claims brought against them. We can offer our clients advice from the outset, represent them at inquests and HSE prosecutions and act for them in civil proceedings. We are also able, through our Advocacy Team, to provide representation in the event of any criminal charges brought against individual employees. We have provided training on the impact of the new Corporate Manslaughter legislation and are well placed to provide our clients with representation should they be the subject of a prosecution.
