Rebecca is an associate solicitor specialising in employment law. Rebecca has extensive experience of advising both employers and employees on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Rebecca’s contentious experience includes unfair and constructive dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, redundancies, restrictive covenants, and whistleblowing. Managing litigation in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Rebecca's non-contentious experience includes drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures, employee handbooks and settlement agreements. She also has experience of advising on conducting redundancies and restructures, TUPE, managing poor performance, sickness absence and disciplinary and grievance procedures and negotiating terms of settlement agreements.
Rebecca advises across a range of sectors providing her clients with day-to-day strategic and general employment law advice.
Rebecca provides practical and interactive bespoke in-house training and workshops on employment law and HR matters.
