Important Update: HMRC Trusts Registration Service

HMRC have introduced a new trust registration service (know as ‘TRS’) which replaces their current system of paper registration for trusts and complex estates. The aim of this new system is to provide a single online database of trusts and complex estates for HMRC and to reduce the administrative burden upon trustees and their agents. The new system does not relate to individuals or companies.

The new online system is now live to all agents, including Wansbroughs. Therefore, if you are a trustee or beneficiary of a trust or large estate managed by Wansbroughs, we may be in touch shortly to discuss the Trusts Registration Service further.
